Once the pre-registration information and abstract are submitted, you will receive a confirmation email from the organizing team, indicating that your abstract is received. With the confirmation of your abstract submission, you are automatically eligible to be the presenter of your paper.
Every abstract received will undergo a single-blind review by our internal reviewers to ensure it complies with the conference’s theme, as well as to make sure the content follows the guidelines provided. Participants will receive notification of abstract acceptance within 2-4 weeks via email from the organizing team.
