Full Paper Submission and Evaluation
After the pre-registration and submission of abstracts, all authors must make sure they have received the Letter of Acceptance of their submitted abstracts, in which the organizing team has also attached the proceeding article template based on each paper’s theme. We advise all authors to follow the guidelines in the template given. All papers are categorized based on the following:
European Proceedings of Multidisciplinary Sciences (EpMS)
BM – Business and Management
ES – Education and Social Sciences
IT – Information & Technology
AIP Conference Proceedings
ST – Science & Technology

Review Process
Each submitted full paper will be reviewed, and notification of review will be sent to all authors starting 22nd of November, 2021. The review will include criteria as follows:
(i) Originality
(ii) Language and presentation
(iii) Applicability
(iv) Sustainability elements
(v) Relevance to the conference topic
All full papers submitted to i-ConSPADU 2021 will be going through single-blind peer review where the reviewers of each paper are anonymous. However, we provided the list of all reviewers involved in this process with their affiliations as followed:

Important Reminder
1. Similarity Level: When we receive the manuscripts from the author, we suppose that they have been checked and all have less than 10% plagiarism. It is compulsory to check the similarity level and send the report together with the revised manuscripts.
2. We strongly suggest that your team will make sure that with each manuscript, all the listed references in the reference list are used in the manuscript and all the references that had been used in the manuscript had been listed in the reference list.
3. Only full-text papers that are written in internationally accepted standard English will be considered for publication.
4. The word limit for papers submitted for consideration to European Proceedings is 5000 words (min 5 pages – max 10 pages). The word limit does not include the abstract, reference list, figures, or tables. Appendices however are included in the word limit.
5. On the first page of revised manuscripts, please make sure that you name the conference acronym as ICONSPADU 2021 (as specified by the EpMS).
Submission for AIP Conference Proceedings
All authors with papers categorized for publication under the AIP Conference Proceedings should have received the following attachments via email with comments from reviewers.

Important Reminder

3. There must not be any page numbers on the article PDFs; these will be added by AIP.
4. There must not be headers/footers on the article PDFs.
5. Paper size should be letter size or 8.5 x 11 and all information within the article must be displayed within the set margins.
6. All articles must be submitted with the fonts embedded or accept the $1 fee per article for AIP staff to embed articles on your behalf. Embedding instructions included in the attachment.
7. Submit along with the necessary permissions documentation for any figures or tables borrowed from other sources.
Final note
Authors are advised to provide revision according to the review if required. The deadline for the submission of the revised full paper will be informed through email as well. All authors are strictly advised to follow the guidelines provided for your respective proceedings (AIP or EpMS).
